What is it?
Passcodes in Allele are a way to create and manage student accommodations en masse. Within a deployed teach space, password-based accommodations are created and configured. Then, students may enter the passcode and associated accommodations will automatically be applied to applicable cases.
Why is it important?
Passcode-based accommodations are important because these are how overrides can be made for early and/or late case access. A common use-case is around disability resource requirements where certain students are granted early access to learning content.
Did You Know?
You can set individual accommodations by accessing the Live dashboard within a teach space. Click on the “Logistics” tab, and there you can create and manage individual student accommodations.
